Mr. Blumenthal has held many positions, both in the private and public sectors, since arriving in Israel in 1934. Among them:

- Member of the Directorate of Koor and Head of the Finances Section (1965)
- Deputy General Director for Finance and Trade of Koor and General Director of Koor-Trade, the marketing arm of Bank HaPoalim (1976)
- General Director of Koor between 1977 and 1982
- Chairman of Board of Directors of Koor (1982)
- Comptroller of the Histadrut, Israel's organization of Trade Unions (1986)
- Joined the Mapai party in 1950 and became its Treasurer of the Party
- Member of the Central Committee, the Bureau and the Social-Economic Committee of the Labor Party until 1986
Mr. Peled is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Pelmar Group of companies, headquartered in Ramat Hasharon, Israel.
Mr. Peled's interest has focused on the subjects of sustainability and particularly recycling of both technical rubber products and tires. As a graduate of Tel Aviv University and post-graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Mr. Peled has educated a generation of researchers, scientists and developers dedicated to tire and rubber engineering. Mr. Peled is an Executive Board member of the Retread Tire Association (RTA) and a member of the Rubber Division, American Chemical Society and is past President of ITRRF - International Tyre, Rubber & Recycling Federation in the UK. In recent years the majority of his activities have been devoted to the development of useful materials as additives to rubber custom compounding and the development and responsibility for new tire production facilities worldwide.
Mr. Dekel was appointed as President of Pelmar Group in 2016. Mr. Dekel joined TGL S.P. (Pelmar subsidiary) in 2010 and was appointed as CEO in July 2012, Previously, was MD of Dolm-Pelshar Ltd., and Vice President in the Pelmar Group. Mr. Dekel has an MBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
Mr. Eilam has international management experience and a track record of achieving profitable results. He holds a B.Sc. in Polymer Engineering and started with the Pelmar Group as its Technical Manager and was promoted to Technical Director eight years ago.
Mr. Cohen was appointed as CFO of Pelmar Group in 2016. He joined TGL S.P. (Pelmar subsidiary) in 2011 to head the company’s Finance Division. Previously, Mr. Cohen was CFO and Financial Planning Manager and Treasurer at Tadiran Carrier. He has an MBA and a BA in Economics.
Mr. Adam has more than 30 years experience as Technical Manager in the polymer industry. He has specialized in organizing diverse machinery dismantling and transport, ranging from single machines to complete plants. During the last few years he has concentrated on equipment modernization and refurbishment bringing pre-owned machines back to being state-of-the-art machinery.
Mr. Hu began his career as an importer to China of equipment and technology from Europe, the US and Japan. Now with over 25 years of experience in the tire and technical rubber industry he has clear understanding of the quality and advantages between European and Chinese machinery and technology. This allows him to partner with Pelmar's customers in finding the most suitable way to achieve quality improvement and production expansion.
Mr. Kulkarni is a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Chartered Engineer with over 33 years experience in various companies and positions. He has specialized in the polymer industry since 1989. Since joining Pelmar he has traveled extensively to engage with both suppliers and customers, primarily in India and South East Asia, to investigate and serve their machinery and technology needs.
Sales and Marketing
Mr. Guix has dedicated most of his professional career as sales representative at several well-known new rubber machinery manufacturers that were involved in the design of a wide range of equipment, such as mixers, mills, calenders, presses, extruders, gear pumps, etc. He has accumulated specific and global expertise in the technical rubber industry and its related production processes, as well as in tire materials preparation. He joined Pelmar in 2006 and has contributed to expanding its sales network in the Americas and market presence in technical rubber industry.
Mr. Wilkinson is a veteran in the rubber industry with 40 years of experience, most of which in the sale of processing machinery including Ram Extrusion and compression moulding, as well as many years involved in injection moulding of rubber. He has enjoyed learning about the tire side of the industry since joining Pelmar.
Ms. Gutberlet has a strong background and degree in Communication and has spent 15 years living and working abroad, the last 11 in Germany. For the past 5 years she has worked with the rubber and silicone industries. Currently, her focus is on machinery for the technical rubber industry and on refurbishment, as well as business development in Northern Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Gowan spent the early part of his career overseeing the operation of several large production plants. Since 1987 he has been involved in sales of capital equipment and his job has taken him all over the world. It has allowed him to see not only how business is conducted, but how people work and live.
Mr. Raphael Peled joined Pelmar Group in 2008 as a marketing advisor to the Asian markets. He holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and has been studying Indian culture extensively, as well as the greater Asian culture. Since he joined the company, Raphael has been concentrating in developing and maintaining business relations with customers in South-East Asia with emphasis on the large Indian market
