The Pelmar Group manufactures C Frame hydraulic type of Pre Cure Tread Curing
Presses up to a length of 36 feet (10.7 mt). Our most recent product has 6 day-lights
and 10.7 mt length.
All of the material specifications, welding certificates, heat treatments, documentations
and safety requirements comply with related “EC Regulations”.
Our well experienced design team can easily change the design of press
to customer specifications with different features.
We use advanced computer skills to design the press and verify design by using FEA
method. Stress distribution is equalized by power of FEA Method.
The press is powered by hydraulic unit with a 305 Bar maximum line pressure.
Operating force is equal to approximately 1900 Tons (35 Kg/cm2). We apply hydraulic
bumper hanger system as well onto press, If It is requested by our customers.
The Pelmar Group supplies the press with a very powerful hydraulic unit and
an electronic control system powered by a PLC.
We manufacture not only a PCT Press as a turn key fully automatic product,
but also all peripheral devices in a PCT manufacturing plant.
